CRM / LEAD CAPTURE / FOLLOW-UP
Business systems & CRM setup for your business.
A campaign is only useful when your business can handle the response. Vozzali helps organize contacts, inquiries, appointments and follow-ups in a workflow suited to your business, using supported connections or a scoped in-house CRM setup.

When this service
makes sense.
This suits new businesses without a CRM and established teams whose website inquiries, calls, appointments and customer follow-ups are scattered across tools. Start with one business profile and a specific customer journey before adding complex automation.
What to consider first
A clear process matters more than a long feature list. We assess your existing tools and data, who should receive each inquiry and which actions need human review. Third-party accounts, usage fees, consent requirements and integration limits affect what can be connected.

A focused scope.
Clear deliverables.
We assess your existing setup, agree on priorities and put the deliverables into your proposal. The scope is tailored to the work your business needs.
Service fees are separate from third-party subscriptions and usage charges. Website changes, account connections, data migration and automation are defined in the proposal.

FROM PLAN TO IMPROVEMENT
How we manage the work.
Map the inquiry journey
Define contact fields, pipeline stages, business responsibilities and the next action for forms, calls and bookings. Keep customer records scoped to the right business.
Connect and test the essentials
Configure the agreed forms, CRM, booking, calling or messaging connections. Check routing and duplicate review using isolated test data before putting real inquiries through the workflow.
Document the daily work
Agree who responds, reviews proposals and completes follow-ups. Document permissions, connection requirements, backup recovery and what continues to need manual oversight.
A SMOOTHER START
What we need
before launch.
We review permissions and readiness with you. Account access is arranged through the platform’s permission tools; passwords are not needed in your quote request.
- 01Business details, website forms and the inquiry types you receive
- 02Your lead stages, response responsibilities and booking availability
- 03Provider access through secure connection screens — no passwords in quote forms
- 04Approved email domains, phone routing and messaging permissions where needed
HOW WE EVALUATE PROGRESS
Inquiries routed correctly, clear follow-ups and fewer gaps between contact and response.
Lead handling
Were inquiries recorded under the correct business and reviewed for duplicates?
Follow-through
Are due tasks completed and customer responses visible in the agreed workflow?
Confirmed activity
Track recorded appointments and proposal responses separately from sales or payment status.
Reporting should help you make a decision. We distinguish recorded activity from verified business outcomes and explain where the data is incomplete. See how qualified lead cost is calculated.
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Are you selling us a software subscription?
Vozzali provides a scoped setup and management service. The workspace supports our service delivery; this is not a public self-service software subscription. Your proposal defines responsibilities, access, service fees and any third-party costs.
Do we need an existing CRM?
No. We can assess an in-house CRM workflow for a business starting from scratch, or work with an existing supported system. Data migration, custom integrations and account connections are reviewed and quoted separately.
Are these tools included in every advertising package?
No. CRM implementation, website changes, messaging accounts, number rental, calendar connections and other systems work require an agreed scope. Advertising management packages do not automatically include a full business systems build.
Can website forms feed directly into the CRM?
Where we can access the website or a supported form provider, we can scope routing into the correct business profile, source capture and duplicate review. Existing forms are assessed before changes are made.
Does a unified inbox send email and text automatically?
Connected providers and the correct permissions are required. Draft preparation and conversation history are separate from sending. We agree which messages need review; connecting a CRM does not authorize unrestricted outreach.
Does booking guarantee there are no calendar conflicts?
Only when the relevant calendars and conflict checks are connected and verified. Availability settings alone do not reveal appointments stored in an unconnected calendar.
Can you provide tracking numbers and call forwarding?
We can scope Twilio setup or connect an existing CallRail account. Number availability, account activation, routing, verification and usage costs are reviewed first. Texting can require additional registration and consent.
Does proposal acceptance collect a payment or start a campaign?
No. It records the response and creates agreed follow-up tasks. Billing, account access and campaign activation are separate steps. Payment-provider integration is not included unless separately agreed and available.
How are backups and notifications handled?
We review the workspace export and restore workflow, storage and notification settings. Automatic off-site backups or alerts while the workspace is closed require an appropriate hosting and scheduling setup; they are not assumed to be running.
